The Wind Rises” has finally arrived in NZ! This movie was produced by Shun Miyazaki and was ranked the best revenue movie of 2013 in Japan. It is a story about a Japanese young man and his passion for making airplanes in 1930’s. The movie was based on an airplane engineer Jiro Horikoshi and a writer Tatsuo Hori. The theme song “Vapor Trail” was originally sang by Yumi Arai, and now Susan Boyle sings it in English.
